A final year student majoring in Journalism at Ghana's Premier Communications University the Ghana Institute Of Journalism who dabbles as a Television Show host, Fauzu Masawudu was on Friday November 1,2019 sworn in as President for the institute's chapter of the United Nations Students' Association following his official appointment by the National Secretariat of the Association. In an event which saw the official launch of the Association at the Institute and unveiled the first Executive body of the team, the EX GIJ SRC Election Presidential candidate swore an oath of allegiance together with other Executive members to uphold and defend the good name of the association and at anytime put the United Nations objectives first. The United Nations Students'Association UNSA in short is one that was established by the United Nations world wide and operates under the auspices of the United Nations Information Centre in Ghana to champion the United Nations Objectives among the Youth at the tertiary level of education.Â
